Si elles sont surgel\u00e9es, sortez \u2013 les du cong\u00e9lateur et laissez \u2013 les d\u00e9congeler \u00e0 l\u2019air ambiant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hachez grossi\u00e8rement les pistaches. Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 210\u00b0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un saladier, battez les \u0153ufs en omelette et ajoutez le reste du sucre en continuant de battre. Une fois le m\u00e9lange homog\u00e8ne, ajoutez progressivement la farine tout en continuant de battre.&nbsp;<br>Incorporez le beurre fondu puis le lait.
