Your final booking is registered when we have received :

• Une confirmation écrite par e-mail ou par courrier ;
• Un acompte versé par virement bancaire, chèque bancaire à l’ordre de LMP LE CASTEL ou par carte bancaire (dépôt du numéro, de la date d’expiration et du cryptogramme).

Pour un séjour supérieur à 1 nuitée : l’acompte sera égal à la valeur de la 1ère nuitée du séjour.

For a stay of 1 night only: the deposit will be 50% of the value of the stay.

Your credit card will not be charged in advance.

All prices include tourist tax and VAT.

On the day of your arrival, you will be welcomed by appointment (in the afternoon or evening). Please contact us the day before your stay at the latest, either by phone or by email, in order to organise it. 

Le jour de votre départ, merci de libérer votre chambre vers 11h. Vous pourrez stationner à l’intérieur de la propriété tout au long de cette dernière journée en Baie.

Pets are not allowed in the property: neither in the house nor in the rooms. 

Cancellation conditions
Cancellation of a reservation must be done by e-mail or by post.

L’acompte vous sera remboursé pour toute demande d’annulation effectuée 96h avant votre arrivée, sauf privatisation de la maison (30 jours avant).

Cancellation conditions COVID
Please inform us of any positive test. 
The deposit will be reimbursed after presentation of the document officially certifying this result.

Maximum occupancy of our rooms
Certaines de nos chambres peuvent être occupées par davantage d’hôtes que préalablement prévu.

Pour ce faire, merci de nous adresser une demande écrite, en amont de votre séjour, par courriel. 

Par retour, nous vous confirmerons notre accord (en fonction de l’occupation de la Maison) & donc du nouveau tarif à prévoir.

Children and extra beds.
Extra beds are only available on request and must be confirmed by the accommodation.
0 to 2 years: no additional charge, umbrella bed available on request.
3 à 15 ans : 60€ par nuit et lit supplémentaire, petit-déjeuner inclus. Tarif dégressif dès la 2nde nuitée.
